    For the Mr. Sanchos Jet Ski Excursion, you will meet directly at Mr. Sanchos Beach Cozumel. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.


    What is included?
    • Jet Ski, instructions, life jacket, and supervision from the beach.
    • Fuel and insurance (may not be included if rented on-site).
    • Use of Mr. Sanchos beach club facilities.
    • Free Wi-Fi Internet service.
    Excursion Notes
      • Departure times are set when you arrive.
      • Prices are per jet ski, per half an hour. You can ride single or double - the price is the same.
      • It is mandatory to wear a life jacket while driving or riding the jet ski.
      • Operational hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local Cozumel time.
      • According to local regulations, each person riding on a jet ski is subject to a $3.00 USD National Marine Park fee to be paid to the operator on-site in cash (USD).
      • A liability waiver must be filled out beforehand.
      • The minimum age to participate is 6 years old.

    The Jet Ski Excursion can be operated in rain, but it depends on the sea conditions.

    You can be rescheduled, just proceed to the meeting site or call us on the hotline number.
    I read about wave runner excursions and jet ski excursions, what is the difference?
    Many people are not aware of the difference between a wave runner and a jet ski, this is why we use both words so our clients can find us on the internet. The wave runner is a vehicle where you actually sit on it like on a motorcycle while on jet skis you will need to stand. All ports use wave runners as they are easier to drive, some may call them jet skis.

    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Cozumel Jet Ski at Mr. Sanchos Beach Club,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

We had a blast on our jet ski. I was on the back hanging on for dear life because they are fast, but so much fun. The water was so clear you can see pretty much to the bottom in some places. We didn't have to go far to get drinks either, everything is right there. I would love to go again!
