    For the Cozumel Catamaran Marine Park Snorkel, El Cielo, and Beach Club Excursion, you will meet directly at the beach club (approximate taxi cost is $13.00 USD for a cab of 4 people, per taxi). All details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.

    Excursion Notes
      • A $5 USD Cozumel Marine Park fee is not included and needs to be paid in cash upon arrival.
      • Please bring along sunglasses, a towel, a change of clothes, and cash for souvenirs, food, and drinks.
      • Children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
    Excursion Restrictions
    • The minimum age for snorkeling is 5 years.
    • This excursion is not allowed for guests with limited mobility.
    • Guests under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or similar substances that may prevent safe enjoyment, are not allowed to participate in water sports activities for their own safety.

    Does the catamaran have a marine toilet?
    Yes, there is a marine toilet. You can also use the facilities at Tortugas Beach Club before and after your excursion. 
    How much is the taxi fare to the beach club?
    The taxi fare is $13.00 USD per taxi for up to 4 people. If 5 people, cost is $18.00; and 6 - 8 people, cost is $26.00 USD. Taxi cost is subject to change at any time, please confirm the cost prior to boarding any taxi.
    What is the cost to rent a locker?
    Rental cost is $5.00 USD per locker.
    What is the size of the catamaran?
    The catamaran is 34 ft long and can fit up to 20 passengers.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Cozumel Catamaran Marine Park Snorkel, El Cielo and Beach Club Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Cozumel Catamaran Marine Park Snorkel, El Cielo and Beach Club Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

Let me start by saying don't be fooled by the beach club. It's rocky and does not have the beautiful sandy beaches. But the water is still beautiful and they do have the shore snorkeling water inflatables. The catamaran ride was so much fun. We really enjoyed the reefs and the El Cielo. My only complaint is where they take you is very popular so you have to stay close together to keep you safe from the moving boats. Staying so close together caused a lot of kicking each other while trying to snorkel.

The crew was super friendly. Showed us how to properly use the snorkel gear. The reefs were spectacular, so much to see and our guide was with us the entire time. The ceviche they made was out of this world... DELICIOUS!!!

My wife and I, a couple of friends booked this tour and we were left wanting more. The service from the crew was excellent. We went snorkeling at two great spots. Our guide was with us pointing out different fish and coral. El cielo was by far the best part. We saw some starfish and then headed to the sandbar. Great time all around.

We had heard about El Cielo from some friends, so we knew we had to go. This was the perfect tour. The crew super friendly. The sandbar at El Cielo is beautiful. The water is waste high and we enjoyed being there. Even got to see some stingrays pass by. Awesome day!
