    For the Cozumel Carlos n' Charlies All Inclusive Party Beach Break Cruise Excursion, you will meet directly at Carlos n Charlies Beach Club in Cozumel which is an 8-minute taxi ride from the Puerta Maya and the International pier or a 15-minute taxi ride from Punta Langosta downtown pier. All details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.


    What is included?
    • Lunch (One entree and one main dish from the menu).
    •  All drinks are alcoholic and nonalcoholic, national, and imported drinks (all-Inclusive).
    • Non-motorized water sports such as inflatable water toys, kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeling masks.
    • Full use of all beach facilities including lounge chairs, umbrellas, restrooms, freshwater showers, beach volleyball field, kids playing field, bar swings, swing beach beds, free Wi-Fi, and more.

    Yes, always there are taxis available waiting at Carlos and Charlie's beach club parking lot.
    Do I need to take my passport with me on the Cozumel Carlos n' Charlies All Inclusive Beach Excursion to show with my Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket?
    No, it is not necessary to take along your passport unless noted by your cruise line or listed in the Restrictions or Notes tab for the excursion. Your local operator has your booking noted. Please arrive with a printed copy of your eticket or digital copy if applicable.
    Cancellation

    For the Cozumel Carlos n' Charlies All Inclusive Beach Excursion,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:

    • You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
    • Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
    • Your ship misses/skips the port.
    • Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
    • A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
    • Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
    • Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.

I first visited Jan 2022, then again in Sept 2022. There were no fees like advertised here. In fact, if you eat and drink you can use their beach and inflatables. I got a wonderful massage on the beach. They took our picture and put it in a resin frame they made that morning. They remembered us from Jan and we didn't do anything special to have that experience. There is a man there who makes beach jewelry. He is good at making things on the spot for great prices. I spent $120 with him but came back with literally something for everyone I knew. Most were $5 and under. Taxi's would get you there but we rented a car. I haven't been anywhere else and I am going back for Christmas!!

We took this beach break while our visit to Cozumel. Traveling with our youth children and their friends. We all had fun and party along with Charlie´s team, they make us laugh, dance and play. We stayed for the whole day. We definitely recommend.

A day with these guys had us laughing, dancing, singing, drinking, eating, and more drinking! Ingrid and the entire staff are so friendly and make you feel so welcome. This is the place to be if you want a fun day in the sun. Drink some frozen drinks in the sun...you won't be disappointed!
